You are in my heart and soul,
the inspiration of my dream,
the best friends a person could have.

The many dreams and moments we
have spent together will never
be forgotten, the times of pain,
as well as the happy ones.

We've shared our laughther, love,
and you let me give you a few of
my tears.

Each day knowing you seems brighter,
and each moment seems more precious.
I'll love you always and call you

When the weather suits you not,

As I grow older

I see things in a different light

For reasons only I know

Life and the world around me

Becomes so much more important

A beautiful sunrise or sunset

The soothing sound of rain falling on a tin roof

A soft breeze whispering against my face

The sweet melody of birds singing in the trees.

In times of uncertainty

I hardly know what to do

It's acrimonious to seek words

That is understanding and logical.

So, I stumble along grasping

At an element to guide me and help me understand

Can I ever be carefree again

As I was when I was young and vulnerable.

Ready to challenge the world

Giving and receiving freely with so much love

Can there ever be that feeling

of safety and contentment

Ready to challenge the world.

I think not as I ponder in thought

I miss you so much,

today I was blue.

I watched the time,

and kept thinking of you.

Our time together is special,

there's nothing else that compares.

I miss you so much daily,

to you, my love I share.

I hope we will be together soon,

so I can hold you in my arms.

I have your picture in a locket,

you are my lucky charm.

For now I'll miss you,

but I know you will be here for me.

My heart is warm and glowing,

as I wait for you patiently.

Good Morning!

The morning sky is dawning, a new day unfolds anew, I smile as you stir yawning, and reach, my love, for you. The sun is shining brightly, birds outside our windows sing, I hug you to me tightly, love is such a precious thing. As you slept the angels kept you, safe and free from fear, As you wake, they still are with you, my special one so dear. These moments are so precious, I look forward to each new day, And pray that love sustains us, no matter how hard our way.   Good Morning!

A Child's Prayer

Hello there God, remember me? I'd like to talk, if you are free I'd like to ask you for some things, Like brighter stars, and fairy wings Kinder brothers, sweets for dinner Mum says can she please be thinner? No more homework, blooming flowers, A swimming pool, and super powers. I guess these things make me seem greedy, When there are many far more needy. God for them this day I pray That tears and hunger fade away. Help every child to find a home, And no-one ever be alone. May all wars end, forever cease, And from this day all lands know peace. I know this seems an awful lot, It's such a great big job you've got, But with my child like faith I pray, Please God may this be done today. Amen.
